The Scientific Communication Team

The Scientific Communication Team is responsible for scientific writing, presentation, and documentation support for our Antibody Discovery, Antibody Research Formats & Technologies, Product Discovery, and Translational Research teams. The team is NL-based and embedded in the global Translational Research department.

The role

As a Scientific Communication Associate, you will support activities for internal scientific communication at Genmab. You will assist the Scientific Communication team in process administration and internal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support optimization of standardized/pre-described activities related to internal scientific communication.
  • Gather reports from scientific conference publications relevant toGenmab’s nonclinical pipeline and research and prepare overview slide decks.
  • Coordinate and organize internal scientific research seminars and conferences.
  • Generate and maintain overviews of competitor products.
  • Quality check and revision of reports, presentations, and summaries for different purposes.
  • Support the publication processes: coordinate timely review and approval using Datavision software, oversee timelines of ongoing publications, maintain and update overviews and libraries, and internal presentations.
  • Overview of internal patent applications: inventory, labeling, and updates.
  • Help to facilitate progress and organize department operations and procedures.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Life Sciences.
  • Knowledge and understanding of immunology, antibody biology, and/or cancer biology.
  • Proactive and team-oriented player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum requirement: 1+ years of experience in relevant technical area.
  • "Can-do attitude" and preference for operational roles.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Industry-related experience is a plus.
  • Interest in AI is a plus.
