(Senior) Programming Manager

Responsibilities
- In-House Analytics Specialist: Spearhead the production of analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings. Employ your programming skill to create these components, ensuring their quality and accuracy before their formal release.
- Quality Sentinel: Perform thorough Quality Control (QC) on SAS-code crafted by your Genmab colleagues, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
- Submission Strategist: Ensure the programming packages align with the latest electronic submission standards and guidelines, playing a key role in supporting our regulatory submissions.
- Dashboard Developer Advisor: Provide valuable insights on data structure and organization to the GenSense Dashboard developers, enhancing the effectiveness of our internal tools.
- Process Optimizer: Continuously improve our programming processes, standards, and templates, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all our operations.
- Knowledge Beacon: Serve as a specialist within the team, offering guidance and training on new technologies and challenges.
Requirements
- Educational Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Science or an equivalent qualification, coupled with comprehensive training in SAS/ Python or R.
- Experience Champion: At least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical area, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Independent Manager: Demonstrated ability to lead programming needs with a high degree of independence.
- Expertise: Significant experience in using the SAS software package and ADaM database standards
- Leadership Prowess: Experience in leading or mentoring programming teams is highly desirable.
