Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Education Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing peer-to-peer educational activities, engaging with external stakeholders, supporting event organization, ensuring accreditation, and utilizing external platforms to maximize the impact of educational initiatives. Additionally, this role includes aligning speakers for GSK events to ensure the highest standard of scientific exchange.
As P2P Education Manager, you will support the (medical) hematology team in the planning and execution of initiatives to increase the knowledge and scientific exchange of health care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Organization Support:
- Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of peer-to-peer educational events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics and high-quality educational content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational events, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
External Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, such has providers of medical education, content platform owners, et cetera.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external experts involved in peer-to-peer education.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and educational activities.
Accreditation:
- Manage the accreditation process for educational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
- Liaise with accreditation bodies to secure necessary approvals and maintain up-to-date records of accredited activities.
- Ensure that all educational initiatives meet the highest standards of scientific integrity and ethical conduct.
External Platforms Utilization:
- Leverage external platforms and digital tools to enhance the reach and impact of peer-to-peer educational initiatives.
- Explore and implement innovative approaches to engage healthcare professionals through virtual and hybrid events.
- Monitor the performance of external platforms, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and outcomes.
Aligning Speakers for GSK Events:
- Identify and recruit expert speakers for GSK educational events, ensuring alignment with local strategic objectives and scientific goals.
- Provide guidance and support to speakers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that speaker engagements are aligned with overall educational strategy and compliance requirements.
- Fully understand and comply with GSK standards and policies and with local codes of practice, guidelines, laws to ensure the strictest requirements are met.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with medical, governance, legal, compliance and commercial colleagues to ensure that the delivered projects are meeting the legal & company requirements and are aligned to the business expectations.
- Maintain a basic knowledge in the evolving multiple myeloma landscape and science.
You will work in close collaboration with the Medical Affairs Head, Scientific Advisors, the Medical Science Liaison team, the Country Medical Director and the cross-functional Hematology Brand Team.
You will report to the Head Medical Affairs.

Basic qualifications:
- Master’s degree in life sciences or equivalent,
- At least 3-5 years of applicable experience within clinical/health care, pharmaceutical industry or related field.
- Proven experience in organizing and supporting educational events, including virtual and hybrid formats.
- Strong understanding of accreditation processes and guidelines.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possesses advanced/expert level of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook),
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for educational activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven track record of proactive problem solving and strong tactical execution
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
