Field Project Coordinator Netherlands

For a collaboration with one of our customers, we are looking for a Field Project Coordinator.

The Field Project Coordinator is responsible for the local elaboration and implementation of projects in The Netherlands consistent with the company strategy and objectives. This is generally achieved by connecting, educating and informing Pharmacists on the benefits the customer’s product(s) within the therapeutic area.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Engage with and manage key decision makers / customers (pharmacists) in The Netherlands. Customer engagement can be face-to-face, phone or virtual.
  • Implement the strategy with operational projects as agreed with the Hospital management Lead and or Product manager.
  • Follow up health care improvement projects in line with product strategy.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings to exchange information and take care of the follow-up of actions.
  • Search, gather and analyze relevant information with regard to competition, first-line cooperation’s, government policies, target group behavior regarding the product portfolio and share this information, in order to gain and enrich insight into the market and first-line networks.
  • Analyze the market and the (political) environment (qualitative and quantitative) in line with the activities in order to evaluate the potential projects in the market.
  • Act as a strong team player and contributor to share best practices, market insights, and reinforce engagement expertise.
  • Effectively prioritize time, activities and resources to optimize accounts with the greatest potential.

Your experience:

  • Successful field sales experience (primary care); prior key account management experience a strong plus
  • Understanding of national / local health care systems
  • Good network within pharmacies
