We are searching for the best talent for our ACUVUE® Account Manager, a driven and enthusiastic person in the BREDA region.
Purpose: As an ACUVUE Account Manager, your key responsibility is to establish and nurture strong relationships with (key) accounts, optical chains, and influential opinion leaders within your designated area. You will oversee multiple clients in the optical market, driving steady, balanced, and profitable growth in sales revenue. This is achieved through strategic planning, effective deployment, and proactive management of sales teams.
You will collaborate with all relevant partners to create a supportive environment that fosters sales success. Your role includes setting clear objectives, developing strategies, and implementing action plans aimed at enhancing both short-term results and long-term profitability. Your proactive approach ensures that sales targets are not only met but exceeded, contributing to sustained business growth.
You will be responsible for:

Finding opportunities and achieving the established sales objectives, including market penetration and development objectives in the prescribed territory.

Prepare and develop account strategic plans based on potential value of account, analyses of the current portfolio of products sold and agreed objectives. Look for new opportunities.

Daily reporting to monitor business activity (e.g. Reporting and daily use of reporting systems).

After-sales follow-up and incident management with each client in the client portfolio.

Work with retailers and ensure that they are brand ambassadors for our products. Identify and train clients on new technologies and solutions through consult-instore, one-on-one sales calls, and one-to-many training sessions.

Regularly track the implementation, execution and impact of activities and performance of accounts.
Qualifications / Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-
Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical environment is a plus.

Ability to translate the strategies into actionable and realistic engagement plans to ensure growth of ACUVUE® products, in alignment with brand strategies.

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience (health industry preferred), with a documented track record of success (attainment to goals, awards, formal recognition) in those roles.

Excellent listening skills and leadership, business insight, balancing objections, very good written and oral communication skills.

Proficient in Dutch and English.

Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.

Excellent organizational skills.

Team player.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is €45,100 to €72,910 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
