The Change Lead will ensure consistent, fast-paced deployment and adoption of Options Modelling (OM) capabilities across critical brands, driving measurable business value. Responsibilities include:
- Shaping and executing the change management methodology to influence increased adoption and higher customer acceptance on interaction with Options Modeling
- Ensuring ownership of the Stakeholder representative group, partnering to create alignment with Business & Data partners to maximize feedback mechanism
Utilize 3E standard methodology to passionately tell story of change through key use case stories
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
