The Vein‑to‑Vein (V2V) organization plays a critical role in delivering life‑saving cell therapies by ensuring the end‑to‑end orchestration of patient material —from collection to infusion—across a complex, global supply chain.

As our operations grow in scale and complexity, data connectivity, automation, and digital insights become essential enablers of reliability, speed, and compliance.

This role is designed for a high‑potential junior professional who will act as a digital multiplier within V2V operations:

  • Connecting data across systems
  • Turning information into actionable insights
  • Simplifying and automating operational workflows
  • Experimenting with AI and low‑code tools to improve day‑to‑day execution

You will not only support operations—you will actively shape smarter ways of working . You will represent the business in a hub and spoke model where digital enablement is centrally governed and business teams are empowered to build solutions through citizen development.

Key Accountabilities

1. Digital Enablement through Citizen Development

  • Act as the primary digital point of contact for EMEA V2V order management and delivery operations
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or digitize operational processes
  • Design and build citizen development solutions using low‑code / no‑code tools
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing digital solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business and digital partners (Patient Experience & Delivery, JJT, etc.)

2. Data Integration & Insight Generation

  • Support the connection, transformation, and harmonization of data across systems
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide:
    • Operational visibility
    • Performance tracking
    • Early risk indicators
  • Translate complex data into clear, business‑relevant insights for non‑technical stakeholders

3. Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and optimize automated workflows (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx)
  • Reduce manual effort, errors, and cycle times in daily operations
  • Support scalability and robustness of digital solutions

4. AI Exploration & Innovation

  • Experiment with AI and emerging digital tools (eg. Copilot) relevant to operations and decision‑making
  • Translate promising use cases into practical, compliant applications

5. Data Quality & Scalability

  • Contribute to improving data quality, consistency, and governance
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and fit for a regulated environment

Required Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data, Engineering, Economics or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving
  • Clear interest in digital tools, automation, and AI
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills—able to translate data into clear insights
  • Fluent in English

Technical Exposure (Nice to Have)

  • Initial hands‑on experience (internship, thesis, project work) with:
    • Power BI
    • Alteryx
    • SQL
    • Python
    • Power Automate or similar tools

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • You have built something yourself :
    • An automation
    • A dashboard
    • A low‑code app
    • An AI workflow
  • You experiment with digital or AI tools beyond formal education
  • You enjoy figuring things out without a step‑by‑step manual
  • You are naturally curious, self‑driven, and motivated to keep learning

At Johnson & Johnson, we want every candidate to feel supported throughout the hiring process. Our goal is to make the experience clear, fair, and respectful of your time.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Application review: We’ll carefully review your CV to see how your skills and experience align with the role.
  • Getting to know you: If there’s a good match, you’ll be invited to a short call with one of our recruitment team to understand more about you and answer any questions that you might have.
  • Staying informed: We know waiting can be hard and processes can evolve; our recruitment team will keep you updated and make sure you know what to expect at each step.
  • Final steps: For successful candidates, you will need to complete country-specific checks before starting your new role. We will help guide you through these.

Finally, at the end of the process, we’ll invite you to share feedback in a short survey — your input helps us continue improving the experience for future candidates.
