Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Digital Manufacturing Business Operations Lead! This position can be located at a Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine site in Cork, Ireland; Leiden, Netherlands; Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Latina, Italy; Geel, Belgium; Beerse, Belgium; Titusville, NJ; Gurabo, Puerto Rico.
The Digital Manufacturing Business Operations Lead is responsible to design, monitor and evolve digital manufacturing strategy, processes, and operating model across all digital and manufacturing system capabilities, in partnership with key stakeholders. Drives harmonization and ensures common approaches and solutions are adopted across digital manufacturing. Lead consolidation of portfolio views and support decision making information for investments, including program prioritization as part of BP/LRFP. Leads the MTO Digital Manufacturing LCM process and digital project portfolio process to optimize investment and accelerate deployment and value creation.
. Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy & continuously improve the digital operations model. Act as business transformation lead during early deployment phase.
- Partner with digital capability leads, platform strategy leads, and digital/tech leaders to design digital strategy, prioritize key programs through cross-domain roadmap delivering tangible value.
- Lead the BP/LRFP planning processes to optimize the Digital Manufacturing investment portfolio.
- Lead and sustain the digital LCM process to achieve business impact and implement Digital roadmap.
- Responsible for the design & deployment of the digital value model, enabling digital investment prioritization.
- Lead digital project portfolio management process.
- Interface with PPM team to integrate digital roadmaps into PPM portfolio prioritization process.
- Monitor and sustain competencies & learning management process across digital operations capabilities.
- Lead compliance framework and operating processes throughout all LCM stages (POC/MVP/Scale/Sustain) for digital products in digital operations domain.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience required.
- Expert level experience in defining vision, target opportunities enabled by digital and overall digital strategy required.
- Expert level experience implementing "Best Practice" approach in strategy, business transformation and process management required.
- Strong understanding of the industry; experience with diverse stakeholder management required.
- Solid E2E thinking, and both business and financial acumen required.
- Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Scientific and Digital Health Technologies required.
