We are searching for the best talent for the position of Logistics Operator in Nijmegen, NL. In this integral role, you will support our Supply Chain department in completing effective inventory management policies and procedures. Your efforts will ensure that we maintain optimal stock levels, which are essential for our production processes and overall operational success. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing key support in daily activities.
- Experience in managing CAPAs, as well as strong familiarity with QA &QC processes.
- Conducting material handling, including incoming goods inspections and precise goods receipt management, creating executing, and following up on purchase orders based on production planning, ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Running inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate input in our SAP S4 HANA system while being responsible for storage locations and transport.
- Full scope of warehouse operational related duties and tasks.
- Prepare raw material, consumables and requisites for the Production team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Relevant degree, such as MBO+ or HBO, or equivalent qualification in supply chain/logistics.
- Proven extensive experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably in an international development organization, GMP or other regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of Supplier quality, managing CAPA and Non-conformance process.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using ERP systems and a proactive approach to improving process efficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
