We invite you to join our Dutch organization as part of the Market Access team as a Market Access & Legal Assistant - Management Liaison!

The Market Access & Legal Assistant - Management Liaison is a proactive professional with talent for coordination and acts as a liaison between management and organization. Is the go-to person for the day-to-day support of the Market Access department. The Market Access & Legal Assistant - Management Liaison has an excellent knowledge of internal procedures and policies; coordinates and organizes (inter) departmental meetings and team meetings and gives operational support to our Legal Director, by assisting in and coordinating as central liaison corporate affairs matters related to the registrations with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and authorizations and legalizations in close collaboration with the notary.

Position: Full-time, one year determined length J&J work contract

Location: Breda, the Netherlands

Primary Duties

Act as one single point of contact (SPOC) with dedicated support for the Market Access director and the Legal Director and members of the management board. And specific support for the legal department and notary.

  • Handle business calendars with strong prioritization and daily time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and facilitate team and departmental meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • Get along with various levels of management while handling confidential documents with discretion.
  • Solve complex problems using independent judgment and initiative.
  • Oversee SharePoint, document storage, and organization of relevant files.
  • Assist with team projects and initiatives, including communications and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information effectively.
  • Super user contracting system and signature hub for the Operation Company Breda
  • Responsible for the on- and offboarding of employees in the market access department

Qualifications

Education: MBO+ or Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of advanced administrative or secretarial experience, particularly in global organizations.

Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and oral.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; ICD contract system and specific software packages like SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, and others.
