We are searching for the best talent for Quality Operations Specialist to be based in Nijmegen!

This role is an individual contributor position focused on execution, compliance, and continuous improvement — we value ownership, collaboration, and practical problem solving!

As a Quality Operations Specialist, you will :

  • Execute routine Quality Operations activities to support manufacturing, testing, and distribution, ensuring consistent compliance with internal procedures and applicable quality standards.
  • Review and approve GMP documentation (batch records, logbooks, deviations, change controls, CAPAs) to maintain accurate, auditable records and support product release decisions.
  • Lead or support investigations into deviations, nonconformances, and complaints, contributing to root-cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure timely, compliant closure of quality records and represent Quality Operations in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits to maintain inspection readiness.
  • Collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Systems; support quality procedures, training materials, and metric monitoring to identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities while protecting data integrity.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in a quality, life sciences, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
  • Practical experience working within GMP-regulated Quality Operations, including review of batch records and management of deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations and standards (for example GMP, ISO, FDA as relevant) and familiarity with quality systems and documentation practices.
  • Clear communicator who works well across teams, supports audits and inspections, and helps develop or maintain quality procedures and training in a collaborative way.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 38,300 to 61.410 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
