Senior Finance Analyst - IMPO FP&A

J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations (IMPO) belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. IMPO is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.
Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst IMPO FP&A to join the IMPO organization.
Under the guidance of the Senior Finance Manager (SFM), this role will be responsible for the collection, processing, validation, and interpretation of consolidated financial and statistical information. The Senior Finance Analyst will also be instrumental in building and maintaining dashboards for the IMPO leadership team using the SigniFi suite of tools.
Additionally, the Senior Finance Analyst will work closely with the SigniFi teams to influence the design of new management reporting tools and drive adoption within IMPO.
To be successful, the candidate needs to demonstrate strong finance acumen, an ability to communicate optimally at all levels within the business locally and regionally as well as strong tech foundation or a willingness to develop in this area.
The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Drive Financial Cycles: Lead IMPO Actual and Forecast cycle processes, including coordination, consolidation, analysis, and preparing central decks.

Build Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with Group Finance, cross-functional finance teams, and internal IMPO partners to enhance partnership and achieve shared goals.

Operational Improvement: Identify and implement continuous process improvements to drive simplification and automation in FP&A processes using business analytic tools.

Automation & Digitalization: Lead initiatives for automation and digitalization across various IMPO processes and train finance teams on new tools and technologies, acting as a change agent.

Automation & Digitalization: Collaborate with SigniFi teams to shape the development of innovative management reporting tools and promote their adoption throughout the IMPO organization.

Support Audits: Take ownership of specific SOX controls to support internal audits, ensuring compliance and comprehensive documentation.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

An accurate and compliance-driven approach.

Knowledge of business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query) is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities across all organizational levels.

Comfortable managing complexity while maintaining a keen attention to detail and the bigger picture.

The ability to work independently, manage several priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
