J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.
Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to join the IMPO organization in Little Island, Ireland/ Beerse, Belgium/ Leiden, Netherlands
We are offering a fixed-term contract until January the 31st, 2027.
The purpose of this role is to lead MRC3107 Bio Supply Chain Reporting for both Planning & Actual ‘Other Costs Not in Standard’ (OCNIS).
In this role you are the go-to person for MRC3107 OCNIS for both internal IMPO and external stakeholders such as Supply Chain Finance.
You will work in a cross-country virtual team with direct colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Supply Chain reporting for MRC3107 Biotherapeutics Reporting both Actuals and Forecasts including Supply Chain, Deliver and Procurement.

Be the ‘go to’ person for Ireland Biotherapeutics OCNIS and Variance reporting, investing in a strong business partnering network with stakeholders across the business to ensure key items impacting IE reporting are incorporated.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals, budgets and latest thinking within strict timelines and in accordance with Internal and External SOX compliance regulations.

Deliver the BVA Analysis Review to Senior Management and Controlling team for MRC3107 at both Legal (Standard Value) aswell as management values (Excluding Intercompany Profit).

Maintain Master Data integrity across MRC 3107 for CFIN reporting, Anaplan Budgeting and Consolidation Tools.

Embrace change and challenging the status quo. Drive standardization and harmonization including process improvements and new ways of working, aligning Belgium with the wider IMPO team. Contribute & influence digital transformation solutions and identify ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency of internal processes.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. MBA or master’s in finance is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 52,400.00 - 94,100.00 EUR
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
