The ABM team is a cross-principal team responsible for - amongst others - the management of the IM Affiliate Gross Profit, the design and implementation of product financial flows, the review of commercial affiliates operating margins, the coordination of transfer prices, the assessment of inter-company profit eliminations, the management of manufacturing cost prices and coordination and analytics of transactional FX impacts.

How YOU can help:

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst, Sourcing gross profit , who will be responsible for managing a variety of gross profit processes and projects in close collaboration with the rest of the ABM team and the IM Principal Operations entities. The role offers an opportunity to develop deep knowledge of the Innovate Medicine OneSource model, profit in inventory elimination as well as IMPO and affiliate profitability, while also playing a key role in integrating legacy processes into the new TranSCend and SigniFi environment.

This position operates in a dynamic global setting with exposure to IM Principal Operations, IM marketing affiliates, Group Finance, Tax, and other key stakeholders.

The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Assist with the quarterly Profit in Inventory (PII) elimination for actual and forecast cycles.
  • Enable sourcing gross profit analysis by providing analytical tools in all cycles, analyse business drivers and provide insightful commentary of the country-level variances.
  • Perform the sourcing gross profit calculation for Divested Brands, partnering with the IMPO Trade Business team.
  • Assist with the OneSource product P&L calculation and analytics.
  • Manage affiliate profitability processes such as the Recurring Credit Notes process for actual and budget cycles, in collaboration with AGP ABM and Commercial Finance.
  • Respond to ad-hoc gross profit, audit and litigation data requests by compiling and validating sensitive financial information.
  • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives and the implementation of best practices across reporting and analytics.
  • Support the integration of legacy affiliate gross profit processes and tools into the new TranSCend and SigniFi environment.

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable dealing with complexity, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience driving process improvements and delivering tangible results.
  • Proven understanding of financial systems and comfortable working in a changing systems landscape.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent in English.
