We zijn op zoek naar een Technisch Schrijver & Trainer ( TWI Writer ) voor onze vestiging in Groningen. We zoeken een hands-on technisch schrijver die documentatie voor instructie voor productiewerk kan maken en onderhouden, die de TWI-methodologie volgt en continue verbetering ondersteunt. Je combineert vakinhoudelijke kennis met didactische vaardigheden en weet hoe je anderen meeneemt in het waarom en hoe van het werk.

Je helpt het werk duidelijk, bruikbaar en auditeerbaar te maken, zodat operators consistent en veilig kunnen werken!

Deze rol valt binnen de functie Operations en werkt nauw samen met operators, de teams van engineering, kwaliteit, training en documentcontrole om procesverbeteringen om te zetten in praktische, geïmplementeerde documentatiewijzigingen.

Functieomschrijving:

• Schrijf en onderhoud instructiedocumentatie voor productiewerk werkvoorschriften (WV) en processtapvolgorde (JBS) die de TWI-methodologie volgt en voldoet aan operationele kwaliteitsnormen. (70%)
• Implementeer documentatie-updates via Agile-workflows, coördineer de uitrol met training en documentbeheer om tijdige invoering te garanderen. (5%)
• Breng werkprocessen in kaart en implementeer kansen die in tijdsstudies zijn vastgesteld om verbeteringen in kosten, opbrengst, cyclustijd of ruimtegebruik te stimuleren. (5%)
• Verzamel,analyseerenonderhoud een database van procesverbeteringsmogelijkheden, en communiceer bevindingen aan het engineeringsteamof management voor oplossingen. (15%)
• Geef klassikale training voor operators, ondersteun de opvolging van trainingen en adviezen over de strategie van productiedocumenten om veranderingen te integreren en te behouden. (5%)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (CEFR niveau C1/C2) en een goede beheersing van het engels om te kunnen samenwerken met Engelstalige collega’s.
• Relevante technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring in productie, engineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Bewezen ervaring met het schrijven en onderhouden van instructiedocumentatie voor productiewerk met behulp van de TWI-methodologie.
• Comfortabel met het werken binnen Agile implementatiebenaderingen en het volgen van administratieve processen om nauwkeurigheid, tijdigheid en kwaliteit te waarborgen.
• Sterke samenwerkings- en communicatieve vaardigheden met een staat van dienst in het betrekken van operators en teams van ingenieurs, kwaliteit, training en documentcontrole om resultaten te behalen.
• Ervaring met het verzamelen en analyseren van procesgegevens, het onderhouden van verbeterdatabases en de bereidheid om de leiderschapsbehoeften en het Credo van de organisatie aan te tonen.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 38,300 to 61.410 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
