Market Strategy Manager (Inside Sales) | Barcelona

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and undertake prospection activities (predominately through email but also calling, LinkedIn and other relevant channels);
  • Collect and analyze market data including using database search tools to identify potential leads and opportunities;
  • Support Business Development and Scientific Officers with potential leads;
  • Support and arrange client meetings, ensuring both logistical and content preparation;
  • Maintain CRM tool and master lists up to date.

  • Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree (biomedical science or related field is a plus)

    Experience:

    • Strong affinity with business development
    • Knowledge of database search tools

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, tenacious
    • Strong initiative and creativity
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to listen, identify client needs, and navigate cultural differences

    Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish, French is a plus.
