Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.

In this role, you support Supply Chain operations by ensuring compliance with GMP and internal quality systems. You coordinate investigations, manage quality events and act as a reliable quality partner for warehouse and logistics teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What you will get

  • An agile career in a dynamic and regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Exposure to GMP investigations, CAPA management and change control processes.

  • Close collaboration with QA, QC, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.

  • Compensation programs that recognize high performance.

  • A variety of benefits dependent on role and location.

What you will do

  • Initiate and coordinate deviation investigations within Supply Chain operations.

  • Perform root cause analyses and define effective corrective and preventive actions.

  • Support and track Change Controls and CAPAs to timely closure.

  • Maintain and improve SOPs and work instructions to ensure GMP compliance.

  • Monitor compliance indicators and support quality performance reporting.

  • Contribute to internal and external audits and maintain inspection readiness.

  • Partner with operational teams to strengthen quality awareness and adherence.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or a related field.

  • Experience or strong interest in GMP-regulated environments and quality systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple investigations and prioritize effectively.

  • Clear communicator who collaborates confidently across departments.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
