As a Compliance Coordinator in Manufacturing, you play a key role in ensuring GMP compliance and inspection readiness within production. In this highly visible role, you work closely with manufacturing teams on the shop floor, supporting quality events, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner for Manufacturing and Quality, helping maintain strong compliance while contributing to a culture of quality and operational excellence.

What you will do
- Coordinate and manage quality events, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls and related documentation.
- Support GMP compliance in Manufacturing through floor presence, walkthroughs and audit participation.
- Initiate, write and review SOPs, work instructions and other GMP documentation.
- Partner with Manufacturing teams to identify compliance risks and drive quality improvements.
- Monitor timelines and ensure quality events are completed and closed within agreed deadlines.
- Support internal and external audits and help maintain inspection readiness across Manufacturing.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Compliance and production teams to resolve issues and strengthen quality systems.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Cell & Gene Therapy or a related discipline.
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP and quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs or change control processes.
- Strong technical writing skills and experience with GMP documentation.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems in a dynamic production environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to data integrity, quality and compliance standards.
