The role is responsible for enabling site leadership team to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financials aspects of the plant such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings, planning cycles and net working capital.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between EUR 86,250 and EUR 120,750 . Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
What you will do
- Enabling Geleen site Operations (both CGT and mRNA TP) to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financials aspects of the plant such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings, planning cycles and net working capital
- Managing monthly financial closing, forecast and risks and opportunity process together with BU Ops Controlling, GBSO and Corporate FP&A (From Revenue to Gross Profit after Variance, free cash flow, balance sheet and NWC)
- Co-leading 5 year strategic planning process (BSR) for Geleen site with focus on sales, cost savings and productivity improvements, FTE evolution, innovation and investment planning process as well as Inventory planning overseeing
- Leading annual budgeting process with Site Leadership Team with the objective of meeting corporate targets and deadlines
- Return on Investment analysis for various CAPEX projects
- Leading/ overseeing process and systems improvement projects (SAP enhancements / Nexus, new process and tools, including AI based, introductions etc.) together with local and global supply chain group, corporate accounting, global operations as well as Sales departments when applicable
What we are looking for
- Planning & Financial reporting experience
- Someone to be an effective business partner and collaborate with sever stakeholder management groups
- Ability to positively influence and someone who has a problem solving mindset
- Manufacturing finance experience
