As a Production Support Associate, you play an essential role in preparing and maintaining our GMP cleanroom environment. You support manufacturing teams by ensuring materials, equipment and work areas are compliant, organized and ready for production. This hands-on position offers a strong foundation for growth within manufacturing and operations.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of manufacturing materials and garments.

• Ensure support areas are organized, compliant and ready for upcoming shifts.

• Maintain material rotation to ensure items are used within expiry dates.

• Support cleanroom cleaning activities and equipment transfer when required.

• Perform environmental sampling within the manufacturing scope.

• Handle cryopreservation sample transfer and storage as needed.

• Report deviations promptly and ensure adherence to GMP procedures.

What we are looking for

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics or a cleanroom environment is a plus.

• Careful, responsible and structured way of working.

• Willingness to follow procedures and work according to GMP standards.

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

• Flexibility to support operational needs.

• Clear communication skills in English.
