Research Associate III (Cell Therapy Development)

As a Research Associate III, you play a key role in supporting cell therapy process development by executing laboratory activities and ensuring the lab operates efficiently within a cGMP environment. This is a hands-on role where you combine technical expertise with a strong sense of ownership to keep processes running reliably and in compliance with quality standards.

What you will do

• Execute and support laboratory experiments for cell therapy process development in a cGMP environment
• Ensure smooth day-to-day lab operations, including preparation, execution and follow-up of experiments
• Perform cellular, biochemical and molecular techniques such as cell culture, qPCR/RT-PCR, flow cytometry, ELISA and microscopy
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with GMP requirements
• Analyse experimental data and support preparation of reports and summaries for internal and client discussions
• Support process transfer, method optimization and collaboration with QC, QA and R&T
• Maintain lab readiness by managing materials, reagents and general lab upkeep
  

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant laboratory experience
• Hands-on experience with cell culture (iPSCs, hMSCs, primary cells preferred)
• Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with analytical and cell-based techniques (e.g. qPCR, flow cytometry, ELISA)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills, structured and reliable way of working, with a focus on quality
• A proactive team player who takes ownership of lab activities
