Senior Project Engineer

• Preparing scope of work, cost estimate, project justification, design deliverables, change control documentation related to project equipment/facility , project commissioning, startup, and compiling final project documents for project close-out to satisfy Lonza requirements

• Coordinate and manage the activities to meet scope, schedule, budget, safety and qua lity requirements of the project. Maintain accurate record keeping of all budgetary project expenses

• Management responsibility for contract labor including metricing, training, goals and objectives, and status reviews required to meet timelines/schedule

• Responsible for all controlled Engineering documentation (DMS / Trackwise records) throughout the project lifecyle.

• Identify potential project risks to successful delivery by continuous forward thinking, provide continuing direction to the project team and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities

• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization from plant floor to senior management and the ability to prepare and present informat ion clearly to senior management

• Perform other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Master's degree

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management within a pharmaceutical environment

• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and vendor management

• Comprehensive experience in all facets of project management, including engineering, quality and time management.
