Based in Geleen, you will lead the QA Systems – Material & Supplier team, ensuring high-quality oversight of materials, suppliers and related quality systems. In this role, you guide your team, support cross-functional collaboration and ensure materials and suppliers meet all GMP and internal requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, audit readiness and continuous improvement.

What you will do

Lead and develop the QA Systems – Material & Supplier team, including coaching, goal setting and workload planning.

Review and approve raw material lists, assessments, specifications and master data in SAP/LIMS.

Oversee material setup processes and contribute to cross-functional decision-making.

Support deviations, change controls and CAPAs related to materials and suppliers.

Manage supplier qualification activities, including classifications and performance assessments.

Collaborate with global supplier qualification teams to align processes and standards.

Act as SME for material setup and supplier qualification during client projects and audits.
What we are looking for

Experience in QA within GMP manufacturing, ideally with materials, suppliers or QA systems.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support and guide team members.

Solid understanding of GMP, supplier qualification and material management workflows.

Clear communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.

Organized, analytical and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Ability to act as SME for material and supplier-related quality topics.
