Senior QC Associate – Analytical Testing Support (ATS)

As a Senior QC Associate within the Analytical Testing Support (ATS) team, you play a key role in supporting routine QC activities, method expertise and tech transfer projects. In this role, you combine hands-on laboratory work with documentation, investigations and stakeholder interaction. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise within a specific QC methodology and grow into a subject matter expert within the team.

What you will do

• Support QC and ATS activities, including method execution and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to tech transfer activities and support method implementation.
• Write and review documents including Method SOPs, validation protocols, reports and risk assessments..
• Support and manage quality events, including deviations, CAPAs and change requests.
• Participate in client discussions, audits and inspections.
• Develop expertise in specific QC methodologies and support training of colleagues.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMP and quality standards.
  

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in a QC or related GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
• Strong hands-on laboratory experience with analytical methods.
• Experience with GMP documentation, including protocols, reports and investigations.
• Familiarity with deviations, CAPAs and change control processes.
• Experience with validation activities (e.g. protocols, reports, risk assessments).
• Interest in developing into a method expert within a specific QC area.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• This role requires hands-on laboratory experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience with spreadsheet or software validation is a plus.
