As a Supply Chain Specialist, you operate at the intersection of projects, suppliers and supply chain execution. In this role, you ensure that critical materials and services are available at the right time, cost and quality—supporting both customer projects and day-to-day operations in a highly regulated biotech environment.

What you will do
- Manage Vendor Complaints and Vendor Returns processes, including RMA coordination, replacement logistics and cost-recovery actions
- Translate project requirements into actionable supply chain deliverables across materials, packaging and logistics
- Manage project-specific inventory aligned with timelines, forecasts and operational demand
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Supplier Quality to ensure timely material testing, release and compliance
- Support supplier-related changes and procurement initiatives to ensure smooth implementation into site processes
- Drive improvements in traceability, material scrapping processes and SMOG risk management
- Ensure accurate procurement administration in Ariba, including invoice follow-up and master data maintenance
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences or a related field
- Experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning or Logistics in a regulated environment such as pharma, biotech, chemical or food
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across suppliers and internal departments
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP and/or Ariba
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement focus
- Fluent communication skills in English
