Your role:
The Global Strategic Account Customer Excellence Liaison is responsible for ensuring Customer Excellence delivers high level service to our Global Strategic Accounts. Together with the GSA Director and internal business partners works closely to identify improvement areas to deliver best in class service with positive impact on our revenue. Acts as single point of contact for Lead to Cash between the Global Strategic Account Director and Customer Excellence teams globally, helping to find the right contact and taking ownership to follow-up until solution for the customer is found. Coordinates when multiple teams or countries are involved. Maintains high level of expertise on Customer Excellence and company processes, to advise and anticipate so as to ensure customer satisfaction. Supports on yearly price agreements: maintaining knowledge on global and local agreements in place, advising on pricing approach, coordinating with all partners globally to ensure timelines are respected.

- Sense of urgency to prioritize the changing demands on a variety of tasks.
- Exceptional relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- System knowledge desirable (SFDC, ERP).
- Willingness to travel.
