Your role:

The Operational Excellence Expert role involves identifying and executing strategic initiatives and capability building within the Operational Excellence organization for Customer and Sales Excellence. This position focuses on implementing operational improvements to enhance cost, quality, and timeliness of services while serving as a change agent for fostering an inclusive problem-solving culture. Key responsibilities include leading and managing commercial projects, including transformative or process improvement projects, defining project plans and execution strategies, providing recurrent status reports, managing stakeholders to ensure project success, leading cross-functional working sessions, and coordinating continuous improvement activities such as process mapping and role clarification. Additionally, the Operational Excellence Expert interfaces with Customer and Sales Excellence teams, including leadership, management, and various internal functions. Externally, they interface with suppliers for projects/benchmarking and consultants.

Who you are:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and  Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt.
  • Experienced in change management and change implementation.
  • Experience in end-to-end business process management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a diplomatic approach.
  • Knowledge of ISO requirements for Customer and Sales Excellence is beneficial.
