Your internship project

As an intern, you are responsible for supporting the current finance controllership organization in ensuring good legal-entity reporting consistent with accounting standards and audit controls, providing analytics to key stakeholders with appropriate supervision, attending meetings that that will round the review/ analytics process. You will also be exposed to operational activities such as pricing/ order-management process and month-end closing activities.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying and extracting correct data and processing into good reports and be able to try your own interpretation to support accounts analysis

• Support preparation of statutory financial statements.

• Review and analyze movement of key items in the Balance sheet and P&L, signal possible issues from routine reporting and inform relevant parties. Pursue and ensure resolution is in compliance with financial standards.

• Providing a fresh perspective within the department: your opinion matters.

The above-mentioned responsibilities are an indication of what you will be doing after proper onboarding and initial learning and development. This provides you with the opportunity to learn and hereafter perform tasks independently. In consultation with your supervisor, you could take on additional tasks and responsibilities.

Who are you?

• You are a graduating student, at bachelor or masters level, anticipating a degree in  Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

• You must know the basic Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• You are fluent in English due to the international environment

• You have knowledge of basic financing accounting reporting and standards

• You are like to be in a team, can learn quickly, can deliver results and ready for a good challenge!
