The Omnichannel Engagement Campaign Manager (OECM) role is an important role in driving the transformation of Our Company’s go to market model and in innovating the way we collaborate and interact with our markets by working with customers and creating state-of-the-art marketing programs for the priority franchises in EURAM. The role is an enabler and sparring partner for customization and further development of our marketing automation campaign processes across the regional teams, business units and countries.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage campaigns from the initial idea to successful implementation as well as managing customer journeys based on defined campaign rules, working within an agile cross functional team. They should be able to develop, execute, and promote omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across EURAM, to drive increased key customer engagement and influence a customer-first mindset.
Role Responsibilities & Key Activities
Omnichannel Campaign Design and Execution
- The Omnichannel Engagement Campaign Manager is responsible for the alignment with Global teams and Global/Regional campaigns digital coordination/implementation for the priority franchises
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns regional set up and country deployment for priority franchises
- Regional/Local websites set up and deployment for priority franchises & OneWeb
- Forms integration with Veeva CRM (websites and landing pages, SFMC emails)
- Advance Closed Loop Marketing relationships with SalesForce Marketing Cloud/ Veeva CRM/Approved emails to enable streamlining of information following rep calls
Measurement and reporting
- Develop and implement omnichannel campaign performance framework with robust, critical engagement metrics
- Embed omnichannel feedback systems that generate insights regarding customer behaviors and trends to refine and pivot
- Provide insights by working closely with Field Force Effectiveness & Business Analytics lead, gathering qualitative and quantitative user feedback via multiple formats (e.g., ethnographic insights, heat maps, adobe analytics etc.)
Upskilling and capability building
- EURAM Digital Maturity Coordination (Local Digital assessment and Country roadmap alignment and capabilities upskilling)
- Ensure the needs and solutions across EURAM markets are fully understood and connected to overall global and regional digital marketing strategy
- Drive education related to digital marketing, channels, platforms, and the adoption of digital marketing approaches while seeking continuous improvement opportunities and value-based solutions
Skills Required
- Digital native with experience from a digital marketing agency or a digital marketing team
- Proven hands-on experience and a strong track record delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and content to relevant customer groups
- Experience with marketing automation tools and web analytics tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360, is a huge advantage

Qualifications
- Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field from an accredited university
- Certification in SalesForce Marketing Cloud is preferential
- Required Experience and Skills: 3-5 Years Digital Marketing experience.
