
Corporate Communications Manager
Summary
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of Corporate Strategic Positioning for internal and external audiences. Coordinates and provides specialized expertise, with a focus on media, policy stakeholders, patient communities and associates.
- Develops and updates local narrative, creates innovative communication tools and builds storytelling to align local internal and external messaging.
- Provides strategic guidance to internal stakeholders including regular exchange with local senior management on the positioning strategy and tactics related to use of social media, proactive media relations, crisis management and key associate engagement milestones.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across digital channels (websites, social media, email campaigns, etc.) targeting internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitors media, industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for increased stakeholder engagement. Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Explores and implements AI technologies to enhance communication strategies and processes.
What you'll Bring to the role:
Essential Criteria:
- Diversified communications experience including media relations & social media in a regulated industry
- Experience partnering with Senior Managers/Leaders
- Associate engagement / internal communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch is imperative
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in Pharma industry.
- Policy communications experience working in a matrixed organization
- Creative skills i.e. graphic design, video production etc
