Real World Evidence (RWE) & Outcomes Manager

The RWE & Outcomes Manager (ROM) plays a crucial role in identifying evidence gaps, leveraging disease knowledge, and partnering with the TA’s, institutions and clinicians to generate additional RWE to increase access for as many eligible patient as possible. The ROM translates these local gaps into practical implications for clinicians, payers & other health authorities and ensures that patient and health authorities' needs are at the center of evidence generation and strategies. The ROM also develops evidence plans and identifies market access data requirements for clinical trials from the early stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies and drives data evidence gaps for priority and pipeline brands resulting  in broadening access for eligible patients

• Advises on RWE Plans for in-market and pipeline products in close collaboration with the squads in the TA’s

• Initiates and leads data-generating projects and activities

• Engages and partners with registries and data owners

• Participates in cross-country data collaborations

• Supports core reimbursement submission work when needed

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant University degree, preferably Ph.D

• Proficient Dutch and English

• Background in Pricing and Market Access

• Experience in RWE and outcomes data projects

• Familiarity with randomized controlled trials (RCT), pharmaceutical research, or study programs
