Senior Specialist Inventory Management, Business Performance and Analytics
Job Description
Organon is looking for a Senior Specialist, Inventory Management, Business Performance and Analytics who will report to the IBP, Performance & Super User Lead and will be a key member of the IBP, Performance and Super User Team.
Business Performance and Analytics:
The Senior Specialist will support the development, implementation and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to:

measure the effectiveness of demand & supply planning processes, also ensuring consistent performance management processes adherence across the network and between the different Planning Franchise teams.

support the development of a standardized and robust performance management cockpit chart to support decision-making and governance.
-
implement business segmented metrics that are synchronized with Commercial / Manufacturing / Finance and Patient’s needs, whilst optimized to an agreed global inventory policy that supports the global brand strategies and enterprise risk profile.
Inventory Management:
Liaise with the Planning, Strategy and Design and Finance functions to ensure the deployment of business processes that allow the definition of corporate inventory targets. Monitors monthly and quarterly performance and support the definition of action plans to meet inventory targets.
This role will play a key role in the development of tools to measure the company inventory health, as well as support continuous improvement, through ensuring IQV early identification and avoidance.
Collaborates across Network to define optimal inventory levels, reaching a perfect balance among customer service level, production efficiency and inventory holding.
Responsibilities :
Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare, facilitate, document, and improve the Monthly & Quarterly Inventory Reporting in close collaboration withGlobal Supply Planning (GSP) and Finance.

Supports the design and deployment of yearly Inventory budget and inventory LROP exercises, including the deployment of business processes and tools to support its execution.

Partner with a broad network (VCM, Commercial, Finance, GSP/RSP and Procurement) with the solely goal of strengthening our inventory planning and reporting capabilities.

Additionally, define rationale for escalations and issues to be brought into the different IBP reporting forums.
Required Education, Skills and Competencies:
-
Bachelor's degree on a related field (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management)

5+ years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics and at least 2+ years Managing inventory

Strong and Effective communication, analytical and quantitative skills

Ability to present complex processes and concepts in understandable forms to business partners and peers (storytelling).

Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnering in a global environment required.

Demonstrates seniority through influence and effective conflict resolution and ability to coordinate people within initiatives/projects.

Proven track of records in senior leadership stakeholder management.

Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.

Strong data-analytical mindset

Being able to cope with tight deadlines and demonstrating resilience.

High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint)

SAP S4/Hana or similar MPR software experience

Experience of any BI Tools is preferred (Power BI, Qlick view...)

Preferably: APICs (CPIM, CSCP)/ Six Sigma Certification
