The Position

This is a dynamic, creative role for someone who loves building connections, promoting opportunities, and bringing the right people into the fold. You'll be our local sourcing champion, helping to drive awareness of career opportunities in Oss and ensuring our pipeline of top talent stays full and flowing.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Superpowers):

• Be the go-to sourcer for roles at our manufacturing site—help us find and connect with awesome talent for all things OMS.
• Lead and support onsite and offsite events – career days, open houses, campus pop-ups—you name it, you're in the mix.
• Team up with our Talent Branding Squad (TBS) to create eye-catching content and campaigns that get people talking.
• Use social media and digital tools to build awareness and excitement about working at Organon in Oss.
• Run nurturing campaigns in our CRM—keep leads warm, track engagement, and deliver updates and outcomes with confidence.
• Be a referral champion – help employees tap into their networks and turn recommendations into real hires.
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet basic role qualifications (you’re the first friendly checkpoint!).
• Keep all sourcing and candidate activities well-documented and organized in our CRM system.
• Explore, experiment, and share new ideas to make our sourcing efforts smarter, faster, and more creative.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• A natural networker who’s energized by people and loves creating connections.
• You’ve got a creative spark and love finding fresh, innovative ways to engage talent.
• Social media savvy – you know your way around platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and even Canva (bonus points if you’ve played with Google Ads).
• You bring excellent follow-up skills and a communicator’s touch—whether it’s an email, a DM, or a phone call.
• You’re a self-starter, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
• MS Office? Easy. CRM tools? You're curious and willing to learn.
• You bring a positive, can-do attitude and are excited to be onsite, engaging with teams and talent face-to-face.
