As Business Intelligence Officer VIE in our Insights & Analytics team, you’ll be involved in cooperation with North Europe GTMc, Franchise & Commercial, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:
Analysis and reporting
- Assess and fulfil needs of the Business to combine different data sources to provide performance insight, combining performance and activity data.
- Provide regular sales and sales force activities (CRM) tracking and analysis to the organization.
- Provide dedicated business unit performance tracking.
- Timely reporting to Global functions.
- Support Market Research projects.
Sales data
- Provide sales analysis upon request from Business Operation & Support and the Business.
- Support the database maintenance and initiate improvements.
- Support the creation of new reports & dashboards and ad hoc support with data and specific analysis related to forecasting and brand planning.
Project Management
- Planning overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
- Interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience with PowerBI and Excel reporting.
- Experience with business analytics, finance, accounting, market research, commercial (marketing) or similar field, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Ability to work transversally across departments and countries and to translate complex processes to easily understandable business topics.
- Listen to customer needs with the ability to challenge them and execute accordingly.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- TM1, SAP, CRM skills would be a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills, structured mindset with a good sense of details, and a pro-active attitude, engaged in the business performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of Coordinating Business Processes.
Education:
- Master’s degree in dual scientific and business academic background (e.g. engineering, healthcare, public health or administration, business management, economics, health economics, digital/data analytics).
Languages:
- Fluent in English.
