iMove , the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As North Europe Omnichannel Operations Officer VIE within our North Europe Omnichannel Operations team you’ll be a role model of Play-To-Win principles and behaviours, delivering high performance in the “what’s” and “how’s”, operate in a lean but effective agile manner, use data and available analytics to support transformation and continuously work with GBUs to deliver the value and insights expected from the Omnichannel Operations GTMC pillar as true partner in enabling business growth, establishing one single voice locally, prioritizing the needs of all businesses and the point of view of cross-functional teams.
You will also:
- Support on planning, execution, insight and improvement of various omnichannel capabilities.
- Secure standardization of approaches, methodologies and solutions for one or more capabilities.
- Be an active part of the transformation in the ways of working locally.
- Work in an agile and customer centric approach necessary for maximum satisfaction of our North Europe commercial and medical teams.
- Have One Sanofi approach, boosting the use of global tools and solutions, fostering the delivery of global and standard solutions, avoiding exceptions, and delivering according to needs of all GBUs.
- Work closely with Omnichannel team members, a wide range of commercial and medical colleagues and the digital team.

Main responsibilities:
- Deliver knowledge to improve customers experience cross-GBU (digital and non-digital channels) to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Supporting and from time to time leading local deployment of Omnichannel transformation programs.
- Deliver insight for cross-BU change management for adoption of innovative / best-in-class practices and capabilities to maximize business impact and efficiency.
- Support effective communication, training, and adoption of changes across the organization in collaboration with Omnichannel BU Managers.
- Communicate results and key insights to commercial and medical team members, fostering alignment and understanding, and enhancing data-driven actions.
About you
Experience:
- Previous project management experience in leading transversal projects involving cross functional teams (Omnichannel, Customer Engagement or Digital Marketing operations), with a focus on transformational projects management.
- Previous experience in digital project management (website/app development from A to Z) would be a great asset.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar field.
Technical and soft skills:
- Great interest in digital and other new media and in IS and Digital Marketing (WEB, APP, SEO, ORM, SEM, CMS, Google analytics, Social Media and other new media).
- High persistence and resilience, analytical capabilities, creative and able to have a helicopter view.
- Understanding of healthcare customer journeys is an asset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, IS tools, iOS devices, Google analytics, SEO, CMS, HTML5, CSS and mobile development would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of the online do’s and don’ts (i.e. WWW, social media).
- Advanced communication skills, team player, who is able to work in a cross-functional environment.
Languages:
- Good English skills.
