The S&CE Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Respiratory Teams, acting as a critical enabler for highly effective Brand Teams and team operations. This role serves as a key connector between Commercial, Medical teams, and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth operational flow.
You will be working in healthcare as part of the energetic and cross-functional Dutch Immunology team, where we work hard and value the social and fun part of work as well. Main responsibilities:
The S&CE Coordinator delivers operational support to the full brand team they are assigned to while also leading their own assigned projects (cross franchise or within franchise). Your responsibilities summarize to the following:
- Provide operational support to the full brand team (sales, marketing, medical, support functions) including but not limited to contracts, sponsorships, purchase orders, payments and cost tracking.
- Support and drive processes related to national and international congress and meeting planning.
- Collaborate with the team to initiate, implement, and follow up on planned sales and marketing activities according to deadline and responsibility.
- Drive ad hoc projects coming from Global or MCO level (i.e. audits, simplification efforts, ambassador roles in new tool implementation etc.).
About you
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate activities and projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with a high degree of pro-activity, structure, stress-resistance, and attention for detail and quality.
- Patient and customer-centric mindset.
- Digital Savvy.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Education or experience in business administration and/or science.
- Understanding/ experience with sales, marketing, project management and/or communication.
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations is a plus.
