Als Clinical Operations Manager, oftewel Start-Up Lead, lever je een zeer belangrijke bijdrage aan het laten slagen van een studie in Nederland in de start-up fase.
Jij hebt als Clinical Operations Manager de verantwoordelijkheid voor budgetten en andere financiële aspecten van de studie en het onderhandelen van de Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA). Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tracken van payments en payment reconciliation bij study close-out. Daarnaast ontwikkel je materialen in het Nederlands, zoals de informed consents. Op deze manier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de doelen, tijdslijnen en resultaten van de toegewezen protocollen en de quality en compliance. Ook draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen van lokale SOP’s.
Deze positie valt binnen onze FSP afdeling en je bent in deze rol dus volledig werkzaam bij één sponsor. Het kantoor van de sponsor bevindt zich in Haarlem. Het is prettig wanneer je regelmatig op kantoor aanwezig kan zijn, omdat dat de samenwerking en gezelligheid zeker ten goede komt. In deze rol word je ondersteund door een manager van Syneos Health, hij zorgt ervoor dat je je hier optimaal kan ontwikkelen.
Qualifications:
Probleemoplossend vermogen is zeker essentieel in deze functie. Wanneer je ervaring hebt in dit veld, begrijp je dat er zich van alles voor kan doen; issues in het butget, quality of compliance issues, etc. Dit schrikt je niet af, maar hierin zie je juist een uitdaging!
Heb jij een relevante opleiding, meer dan vijf jaar ervaring in klinisch onderzoek en ben je bekend met budget- en contractonderhandelingen, submissies, etc? Spreek je daarnaast goed Engels en Nederlands en ben je handig met klinische systemen, tools en metrics? Solliciteer dan zeker op deze rol!
