Global OTC Marketing Internship, (only bachelor/master students)

The opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive bachelor/master student to join our Global OTC (GOTC) Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on key brand and commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industry. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various tasks, from project management to market analysis, while developing essential skills in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation: €650 per month and 3 days in the office in Haarlem
How you’ll spend your day
- Brand and Commercial Projects:
- Collaborate with creative agencies and production houses in the development of communication strategies and assets for Sudocrem.
- Assist in crafting and implementing media strategies in coordination with media agencies.
- Participate in New Product Development (NPD) projects, contributing to the entire process from ideation to market launch.
- Support the development of digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across online platforms.
- Market and Business Analytics:
- Conduct data collection and analysis to provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to the GOTC team to support strategic planning.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide daily administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the GOTC team.
- Manage ad hoc requests and contribute to various projects as needed, ensuring timely and effective completion.
Your experience and qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled as a student, ideally pursuing a degree in business, administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset, eager to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
- Availability: Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week in our Haarlem office
- Very good command of English
