Position Summary
As a Module Planner, you play a key role in coordinating and optimizing module planning within our production environment. You ensure materials, capacity, and priorities are aligned to meet customer demand while maintaining high quality and delivery performance.
You will report to the Operational Planning Supervisor and collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners, including our global service organization.
As part of this role, you will also spend time in our cleanroom, supporting operations where precision, quality, and collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans for modules, ensuring alignment with demand and capacity
- Coordinate material availability and resolve supply constraints in collaboration with procurement and logistics teams
- Act as a central point of contact for internal customers (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain) and external stakeholders such as the service organization
- Monitor planning performance, identify risks, and take proactive action to prevent disruptions
- Analyze and improve planning processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and transparency
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and ensure planning parameters reflect current business needs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence
- Work in close alignment with cleanroom operations to support high-tech system builds
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Ideally experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Understanding of planning processes within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with complex Bill of Materials (BOM) structures is a plus
- A strong proficiency in Dutch is required, and this role is performed on-site.
