Summary

As Change and Training Specialist, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs and organizational change initiatives that support the Digital Innovation initiatives and goals of the Operations organization. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and subject matter authorities to assess the impact of change, identify learning needs, and create engaging and effective learning solutions. The specialist will also facilitate training sessions, supervise and evaluate training outcomes, and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Change and Training Specialist will report to the Sr Manager, Digital Innovation, and work closely with the Program Manager and PLM Solution Architect to align change initiatives with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact analysis and customer assessment to determine the scope and objectives of organizational change and training interventions.
  • Develop and implement organizational change and communication plans that align with the project vision and strategy.
  • Design and develop training materials, such as e-learning modules, manuals, guides, videos, and job aids, using instructional design principles and standard processes.
  • Deliver training sessions using various methods, such as classroom, webinars, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training and organizational change activities using quantitative and qualitative methods and provide improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in change management and training fields.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in organizational change and training roles.
  • Consistent track record of successfully leading and delivering sophisticated and large-scale change and training projects.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in organizational change methodologies, such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with partners at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in PLM tools and a keen interest in product design is considered an advantage.
  • Certification in project management, or instructional design is an asset.
