Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out field service activities including installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of complex electronic equipment

• Working independently and prioritising own workload as well as collaborating as a team with direct colleagues, service operations and management

• Providing sales leads to Account Management

• Producing timely and accurate reports of your activities: e.g. service reports and expense reports

• Delivering outstanding customer support and training to guarantee the efficient functioning of our products

• Instructing customers in the use of our instruments face to face, over the phone or via email to ensure safe and effective customer operations

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions

• Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and improve product performance

• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation in compliance with company standards

• Contributing towards continuous improvement by providing feedback to support teams and identifying new opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Experience in Field Service with a background in electronics engineering

• Is fluent in both the English and Dutch language

• Strong organisation, ability to prioritise and be able to work independently

• Strong communication and collaboration to work as One Team

• Must be flexible to travel frequently to customer sites within the Netherlands and other regions as part of the role
