Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of production costs, variances, and cost drivers to support data-driven operational decisions

  • Working as one team in the monthly financial closing process, which includes controlling expenses, defining accruals, and reviewing the balance sheet

  • Driving the annual budgeting AOP and monthly forecasting process and supporting with reporting using financial insights to support business decisions through monthly and quarterly reviews

  • Collaborating with other teams outside of finance to improve workflows and productivity to towards our financial and operational plans

  • Support with driving improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements for operational and financial improvements

  • Ensure accountancy adherence through integrity of data and accuracy according to corporate policies and accounting standards

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent level of working experience in financial analysis)

  • Experience in financial analysis gained within a regulated fast-paced environment

  • Ability to influence and partner at all levels of stakeholders in the organisation

  • Strong analytical skills to review and analyse complex financial reports

  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise within an ever-changing environment
