Position
This position is aiming to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects on module level in a dynamic and innovative Operations Engineering environment. The ideal candidate is a professional, typically responsible to run 2 to 3 projects in parallel and acts as spokesperson on behalf of Operations and Service. This position collaborates with various departments to ensure the development of sustainable products. Your challenge will be the smooth introduction of new modules which can be seamlessly integrated on HE-TEM systems. The OE-NPI Module Project Lead reports directly to the Manager Engineering Project Management.
How you will make an impact
- Accountable for assigned module projects from Operations Engineering perspective to enable successful NPI
- Formulate NPI plans for Operations (factory) and Service (field) in accordance with defined scope
- Drive progress & results for assigned module projects from project management perspective
- Ensure monthly NPI updates, Ops preTSMs and status reporting to stakeholders in timely manner
- Ensure on-time completion of all OE deliverables per gate with expected quality/maturity level
- Involvement and contribution to integral and cross-functional module project teams
- Collaborate with R&D Project Manager on module project level
- Collaborate with OE-NPI System Project Lead(s) of linked System project(s)
- Collaborate with Module NPI engineers on technical content (product/process/tooling)
- Controls project progress, evaluates all project initiatives from Operations perspective, takes corrective actions when required and generates adequate reporting
Job Requirements
- Typically requires confirmed experience in Operations, of which at least 3 years in the field of Engineering environment, desirable in cleanroom environment
- Bachelor or Master degree in technical area (Physics, Engineering)
- Experience in high-tech industry with New Product Introductions and phased project gating process
- Track record of leading complex technical projects, PM certification is desirable
- Collaborative team-payer with mentality to create constructive and harmonious relationships
- Ability to work in a structured way, according to plan, goals, priority and schedule
- Excellent English language skills (both verbal and in writing), Dutch will be a huge plus
- Gets results, even under difficult situations and has ability to influence the best integral solutions
