Job Responsibilities:

Research and analyze the current Dead on Arrival (DOA) systems at distributors for Phenom products

Identify key challenges and issues associated with the existing DOA systems

Analyze the impact of these challenges on customer satisfaction and business operations

Propose specific improvements to the DOA systems that address the identified challenges
-
Justify the proposed improvements by explaining how they will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Evaluate the potential risks and limitations of implementing the proposed improvements
-
Develop an implementation plan outlining the necessary steps, resources, and timeline for implementing the proposed improvements

Provide recommendations for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the enhanced DOA systems

Implement chosen solution
Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
