Position: Product Quality & Reliability (PQR) Engineer

Role Overview

As a PQR Engineer, you will be central to project teams, focusing on quality and reliability. You will define criteria, identify and mitigate risks, and propose product and process improvements. Your work will span system integration and module projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality in System Integration and Module projects.
• Manage Product Quality processes like FMEA and SRA.
• Define verifiable requirements and participate in reviews.
• Develop and maintain test procedures and criteria.
• Select and discuss test methods with team members.
• Support design teams to implement Design for Reliability.
• Develop reliability models and predict warranty costs.
• Create and execute test plans for reliability testing.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and support outsourced developments.
• Provide clear status updates on PQA deliverables to project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and testing complex high-tech systems.
• Experience across development disciplines (hardware, software, mechanics, mechatronics, physics).
• Design for Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
