By performing these responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our mechanical and mechatronics engineering projects, fostering an impactful and innovative team, and contributing to the long-term growth and excellence of our organization.
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills.
- A minimum of 10 years of technical experience in a high-tech industry environment.
- Proven ability to lead a group of managers who, in turn, supervise a large team of engineers. Proven record of successfully leading and inspiring dedicated managers to achieve organizational goals.
- Proven strong strategic thinking and road-mapping capabilities.
- Strong negotiating skills in cross-technology and cross-functional, multicultural environments.
- Demonstrated capability to plan, resolve, and make decisions on complex issues that require collaboration across multiple cross-functional departments, all while maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, including executive management. Proficiency in a local language is preferred.
