Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Job Responsibilities
- To manufacture buffers and medium in accordance with the daily schedule.
- Maintain high quality process documentation
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes
- Strictly adhere to safety and quality guidelines to meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement production improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor and record production data to identify areas for efficiency improvements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within a similar industry
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment while maintaining outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet production demands
