Senior IT Business Analyst and Project Lead

Purpose of this role
The Senior Business Analyst & Project Lead will be key in the execution of our IT Business roadmap, where they will be key in the implementation of several small to medium-sized applications; for example, applications such as Building Access Management Systems, Medical Affairs, Expense Management.
This position is the unique combination of a Business Analyst, a Project Manager and a Change Facilitator.
The main need for this position is Business Analysis capability. We need you to be able to step into detailed discussions, to solve an issue, or to break through a deadlock discussion. You will be configuring systems, testing them, guiding the UAT’s, training Key Users, and managing migrations. You will be hands-on working on the implementation of Business Applications.
The second need is in project management capabilities, as we have several small to medium size projects to be executed, which need to adhere to our implementation approach. All relevant stakeholders need to be properly updated, and our project participants need to have formal follow-up, to ensure we are not deviating from the project goals.
The change facilitator aspect is needed in any transformation or change. And these implementations require quite some change in our organization. Approaching this methodically is an important step in achieving the desired change, as such understanding the methodologies, and the experience with this, is key for this role.

Place in the Organization
The Senior Business Analyst & Project Lead will reside in the PMO and Project Execution team within the IT department. You will work closely with almost every colleague of the IT team, and with many colleagues from the other departments in the organization.
Responsible for:
- Configure, Test and implement business applications
- Facilitate Design Workshops
- Facilitate full testing cycles for the implementations
- Develop schedules and timelines for the project
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project completion
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage project risks and issues
- Resolving issues on process or application level if needed
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up to date
- Assess the change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Support communication efforts
- Support training efforts

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Able to demonstrate significant experience in IT Business Application Implementation
- Experience in managing business applications implementations such as HCM, ERP, CRM, and Clinical Applications
- Proactive ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in change management
- Understanding of core business process related to HCM, ERP, CRM
- Able to step into detailed process or application discussions, leading by example
- Experience managing SoX and/or GxP compliant systems strongly preferred
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry advantageous
- Prosci certified
