SHE Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:

We currently looking for a SHE Specialist to join our Established Pharmaceuticals Division based in Weesp.
Core Job Responsibilities:

Implement and check compliance of regulations and Abbott EHS Standards

Support ISO 14001/45001/50001 Management System activities

Review all engineering projects to check safety elements compliance and accident prevention opportunities
-
Conduct general risk assessments as soon as site specific risk evaluations (machinery guarding, fall protection, chemical risks, etc)
-
Prepare medical surveillance plans and ergonomic evaluations together with site Occupational Health representative
-
Conduct inspections, internal audits and safety rounds in order to check site safety performance
-
Lead incident investigations together with site leadership and prepare the related reports
-
Conduct HAZOP/ATEX assessments to cover process safety elements
-
Lead meetings/teams to implement new initiatives and to review regular activities related to safety

Support site departments on finding safety solutions

Update KPIs and prepare reports related to safety performance
Minimum Education/Experience:
-
HBO diploma, or any equivalent graduation, in science and/or technology
-
A specific graduation on Safety or Environmental technical subjects is desired
-
At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position
-
At least 3 years of work experience within a manufacturing environment
-
Fluent English in reading and writing.
