Job Description

Task Description:

We are seeking an intern to join our team and contribute to the optimization of the Temperature Excursion Management System. This task description outlines the responsibilities and requirements for the intern, focusing on their analytical and problem-solving abilities, information processing skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

1. Overview of Temperature Excursion Management:

Provide a comprehensive overview of temperature excursion management, emphasizing its significance in maintaining product integrity and patient safety throughout the supply chain. Explain how temperature excursions can occur, and the potential risks associated with them.

2. Automation of Temperature Excursion Record Logging:

Research and describe how the current system automates the logging of temperature excursion records. Explain the technology or software used, its capabilities, and how it ensures accurate and timely recording of temperature excursions.

3. Streamlining the Temperature Excursion Management Process:

Analyze the existing temperature excursion management process and identify areas that can be streamlined for improved efficiency. Consider factors such as data entry, record retrieval, and communication between stakeholders. Propose strategies or tools that can simplify and expedite the process.

4. Proposing Solutions:

Based on the assessment conducted, propose effective solutions. Consider implementing additional validation steps, enhancing user training programs, or introducing automated checks to minimize errors and improve data accuracy.

The ideal QA Intern for SCSP would possess a combination of key personality traits. They should have an analytical mindset, paying close attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving skills are crucial, as the intern should take initiative in addressing issues and proposing solutions. Strong organizational skills are necessary to effectively manage data, resources, and timelines within the comprehensive program. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques would be advantageous, enabling efficient use and analysis of data. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with the QA Project Manager SCSP and other team members, allowing for clear articulation of findings and proposed solutions. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are important, as the intern should quickly grasp program requirements and adapt to any changes or challenges. A self-driven and independent work ethic is valued, as the intern will be trusted to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.

Additionally, the ideal intern should be a last year master student with a background in Supply Chain Management or Technology and Operations Management, as these areas of expertise align closely with the program's focus on Temperature Excursion Management. The project is expected to last for a duration of 3 months for full-time interns. We offer flexibility in terms of working hours and arrangements. Fluency in English is required, as the intern should be an effective English speaker to communicate and collaborate cross functionally.
